This Buddhist Temple is the only one on Bali. You should really visit there site, its quite interesting:

Unfortunately I was unable to tour the entire complex, as I am a menstrating woman and was told that I was not allowed in on this certain day.

You should wear long pants and/or a sarong. All visitors should be respectfully dressed. Upon entering the monastery, proper procedure is to sign the guestbook and give a donation.
